The Site is operated by FLUXY Lighting Solutions, a brand of Shenzhen Ruidingshun Technology CO.,LTD (“FLUXY”, “we”, “us”), headquartered in Shenzhen, China.

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after its effective date.
  • Product images, drawings and descriptions on the Site are for reference. We make reasonable efforts to keep specifications accurate, but minor variations in color, dimensions or finish do not constitute defects.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the products.
  • Lighting design layouts, product lists and quotations we provide are free of charge and carry no obligation to purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as circular tracks in non-standard sizes) are confirmed by written quotation before production and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Orders and Payment

  • An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is out of stock, pricing is clearly erroneous, or payment cannot be verified.
  • Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Additional costs caused by incorrect information (for example, re-shipping after a failed delivery) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and start from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; we assist with tracking and claims for lost or damaged shipments.

5. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within 7 days.

6. Warranty

All FLUXY products carry a 3-year quality warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Details, claim process and exclusions are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, Section 7.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, drawings, logos and lighting layouts — is the property of FLUXY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Free lighting layouts we prepare for you may be used for your own project, but not resold or published as design work of another party.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption or project delays.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for defective products under mandatory consumer protection rules.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no settlement is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants you different rights.
