Shipping & Orders

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide by air (DHL / FedEx / UPS). Orders over $150 ship free. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

Can I get a wholesale or project quote?
Yes — send your project floor plan or BOM through the contact form for a transparent quotation. Lighting layouts and product lists are free.

Products & Compatibility

Are all your tracks and lamps compatible?
Lamps are compatible within the same series (6mm ST1/T26, 20 Series, T5, 35 Series T7, 15mm, Golden, Circular). Tracks and power supplies differ by series — please check the series name before ordering.

Do smart lamps work without a gateway?
No. Our smart lighting uses Tuya Zigbee and requires the FLUXY Zigbee gateway (Wi-Fi 2.4G). Once paired, it works with the Smart Life app, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Which transformer size do I need?
Add up the wattage of all lamps on one track and choose a transformer with at least 20% headroom (for example, ~160W of lamps → 200W transformer).

Installation & Safety

Is 48V really safe to touch?
Yes — the track runs on DC48V low voltage and is safe to touch even when powered. Only the built-in transformer connects to mains power.

Can I install the track myself?
Surface-mounted tracks are DIY-friendly (screws and covers, no grooving required). Embedded and plastering tracks should be installed during ceiling construction by your electrician.

Quality & Warranty

What warranty do you offer?
All FLUXY products carry a 3-year warranty. Every batch passes a 24–48h aging test before shipment.

Are your products certified?
Our smart gateway is CE certified (RED 2014/53/EU, LVD EN IEC 62368-1) and our LED track lights are tested for US DOE energy efficiency.
